Beneath the rolling hills of Amelia, an abandoned villa awaited its second life. In the heart of Amelia, this 1920s gem still carried its arched windows, timber beams, and quiet sense of history — yet time had left it without the light, comfort, and refinement needed for contemporary living.

Our vision was to honor its heritage while breathing in a new layer of openness, softness, and intention. Every element of the existing structure was meticulously documented in Revit to ensure technical precision from the start.

We then curated a palette of warm, natural materials — exposed beams, textured stone, and subtle marble accents — balanced with a minimalist approach to furniture and layout.

Soft, natural light became our guiding thread, preserved through original openings and enhanced with thoughtful spatial planning. High-quality 3D renderings allowed us to refine textures, proportions, and atmosphere before construction began.

Today, the villa stands as a tranquil retreat — a space where history is not only preserved, but celebrated. Every detail feels purposeful, capturing both the warmth of the past and the clarity of the present.
