Relazione Tecnico

This is a project our atelier recently completed: we preserved the original 1920s masonry base—with its arched windows and carved quoins—and “floated” three new cast‑in‑place concrete volumes above, all united by a glazed atrium. Cantilevered glass bays capture boulevard views and flood the lobby with daylight, while subtle terraces and a muted palette of ivory brick, pale stone, and dove‑gray concrete honor the building’s heritage in a fresh, contemporary form.
